Kristian Austin

Kristian has been advising at Thurgood Marshall College for over eight years. Currently, Kristian serves as the coordinator for the Thurgood Marshall College Exchange Programs and is the advisor for the Public Service Minor. In addition to these duties, she also meets with students during office hours and by appointment.

Kristian has a B.A. in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco and a M.A. in Higher and Postsecondary from Teachers College – Columbia University.  She enjoys working with students to identify their strengths and applying them to the many opportunities available at UC San Diego.
