Michael Gangitano

Prior to arriving at Marshall College, Michael served as the Undergraduate Advisor in the Department of Music. He has a background in Admissions, Financial Aid, as well as various advising capacities in post-secondary education. He holds a BA in Drama from San Diego Sate University and a Master of Liberal Arts from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.

A native San Diegan, Michael has lived in Washington, D.C., Omaha, NE, and Kansas City, MO. He enjoys creative projects, binge-watching entertainment, and spending time with his seven, Midwestern grandchildren. Michael’s advice for all students is to be your own best advocate. “No one knows your needs better than you. Be courageous and ask for the support you need to be well and successful.”
