College-Sponsored Programs

The program must have occurred during the month of nomination (i.e. if the application is due on November 15^th, the contribution must be made in the month of October).
The nomination form is due in the Coordinator of Student Activities mailbox, located in the TMC Dean of Student Affairs office. Nominations are due by the 1st of each month and the recipient will be awarded soon after the selection is made.
Recipients of the award will receive a certificate of recognition, a gift from the TMC Dean of Student Affairs Office, as well as recognition in the kiosk in front of the TMC Administration Building.
The applications will be reviewed by the TMC Dean of Student Affairs staff.
