Zeynep earned a B.A. in Sociology in Istanbul, where she went on to receive other advanced degrees.  She is in the Music department’s doctoral program in Critical Studies/Experimental Practices, with an emphasis on contemporary voice performance and sound art.  She is engaged with the readings of psychoanalysis, existential philosophy, and aesthetics.

Mitch received a B.A. in Philosophy and B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University.  He earned his M.A. in Philosophy at UCSD, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Cognitive Science, through the Philosophy Department and the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Cognitive Science. His research focuses on an aspect of social cognition known as "folk psychology" or "theory of mind": our ability to interpret people’s mental states (what they believe, desire, feel, etc.) and to use this information to explain and predict their behavior.

Niall received his B.A. in English from Binghamton University and his M.A. in English from Boston College.  His research interests include the intersections of racial hybridity and class, collectivist social and economic movements, and grassroots forms of resistance to coercive spaces such as prisons, reservations, and refugee camps.  He is also fascinated by the destructive and constructive power of different types of “space invaders” from guerilla soldiers to guerilla marketers.
