Orientation Leader Program

The Orientation Leader Program employs the talents of a select group of continuing students to provide new Thurgood Marshall College students and their families with a satisfying and worthwhile experience during the New Student Orientation program.

Through the New Student Orientation Program, Orientation Leaders have the opportunity to develop personal and professional skills while working with the Thurgood Marshall College staff. Additionally, the Orientation Leaders will meet and work with new freshmen and transfer students, develop leadership skills, make valuable contributions to Thurgood Marshall College, and have fun.

Orientation Leaders are expected to be available for all spring quarter training dates, and September training and orientation dates.  Specific dates can be found in the drawers below.  Please note: Marshall College does not hold Orientation at the end of June.
