Important Dates

Fall Quarter 2009

Writing down important dates.
  • Sunday, November 1 - Daylight Savings Time ends
  • Wednesday, November 11 - Veteran's Day Holiday
  • Friday, November 13 - Marshallpalooza
  • Thursday, November 26 - Thanksgiving Holiday - Through Sunday, November 28. No contract meals will be served.
  • Tuesday, December 1 - Application to be a 2010-2011 Resident Advisor is available on-line
  • Monday, December 7 - Final Exams - Through Saturday, December 12
  • Sunday, December 13 - Residence Halls closed. Residents must vacate no later than noon, reopening Saturday,
    January 2, 2010 at noon.

Winter Quarter 2010

  • Saturday, January 2 - Residential Housing facilities open at noon. Contract Dining Plan begins with dinner on Sunday, January 3, 2009.
  • Monday, January 4 - Instruction begins. New residents must check into their Residence Halls and Apartments by 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday, January 5 - Triton Jam
  • Friday, January 8 - Social Change Fair
  • Saturday, January 16 - Martin Luther King, Jr. parade
  • Monday, January 18 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday
  • Monday, January 18 at 11:59 p.m. - Resident Advisor Applications and Recommendation forms are due
  • Saturday, January 30- Spirit Night vs. Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Monday, February 15 - President's Day Holiday
  • Sunday, March 14 - Daylight Savings Time begins
  • Monday, March 15 - Final Exams - Through Saturday, March 20
  • Sunday, March 21 - Residence Halls closed. Residents must vacate no later than noon, reopening Saturday, March 27, 2010 at noon.

Spring Quarter 2010

Cultural Celebrations 2006
  • Sat., March 27 - Res. Halls open at 12 noon. 
  • Sun. March 28 - Meals being with lunch
  • Monday, March 29 - Instruction begins
  • Saturday, April 10 - Cultural Celebration
  • Monday, May 31 - Memorial Day holiday
  • Monday, June 7 - Final Exams - Through Friday, June 11
  • Residents must vacate within 24 hours of last final. 
  • Saturday, June 12 - Residence Halls and Apartments closed and locked at 6:00 PM - Residents must vacate within 24 hours of last final.  Graduations also take place on Saturday, so the campus is quite busy. Please PLAN AHEAD.
