For this week's Marshall Community Connections, we will be focusing on Self Care & Collective Care. Did you know Thurgood Marshall would often work so hard he would get physically sick and end up in the hospital? Working towards our personal and collective goals should not require we sacrifice ourselves along the way. Join Marshall College staff for this critical conversation as you gear up for Finals week. This session is open to all members of the UC San Diego and Marshall community.

In teams of 3-5 students, undergraduates from any major will compete in a “Hackathon-style” event to write an NSF grant style research proposal and present their work to a panel of UCSD faculty and researchers. There will also be a cash prize incentive for the winners!
