Each One Reach One (EORO) is a peer-to-peer mentoring program designed for first-year students who are new to campus life. EORO helps new students navigate university life by pairing up first-year students with more seasoned second-year students who have a deeper understanding of campus life, understand the flow of the Quarter system, have an understanding of select campus resources, and otherwise have some knowledge to share!
The EORO Coordinator will work alongside Marshall College professional staff to recruit and pair up prospective student mentees and mentors, provide social and community-building opportunities for members, and otherwise plan for structured activities such as off-campus trips, bonding, and community service events with the EORO community that bring mentors/mentees closer together; educate students on campus resources; and make the EORO experience a memorable one.
A full application is required for consideration. Applications are due no later than Thursday, May 13th, 11:59PM PT. Invitations for interviews will be sent to select applicants the following day. |
