Apply to be the Transfer Peer Mentor Program Coordinator

Marshall College is looking for a student coordinator for our transfer student peer mentoring program! Please fill out this application if you are interested in supporting Marshall College as the Transfer Peer Mentor Program coordinator for the 2021-2022 academic year! The Transfer Peer Mentor Program (TPMP) at Marshall College pairs up first-year transfer students (mentees) with second-year transfer students (mentors) who can provide guidance, tips, and a friendly resource to new transfer students learning how to navigate university life.

This is an opportunity to build and sustain a vibrant peer-to-peer network with other transfer students, meet students in the class ahead of you or behind you, and develop your skills and abilities in an educational environment- all while helping others. This is a year-long commitment with additional opportunities for professional development available. Application is due by Thursday, May 13th, 11:59PM PT. Invitations for interviews will be sent out to selected applicants the following day, the 14th.

Apply to be the EORO Coordinator

Each One Reach One (EORO) is a peer-to-peer mentoring program designed for first-year students who are new to campus life. EORO helps new students navigate university life by pairing up first-year students with more seasoned second-year students who have a deeper understanding of campus life, understand the flow of the Quarter system, have an understanding of select campus resources, and otherwise have some knowledge to share!

The EORO Coordinator will work alongside Marshall College professional staff to recruit and pair up prospective student mentees and mentors, provide social and community-building opportunities for members, and otherwise plan for structured activities such as off-campus trips, bonding, and community service events with the EORO community that bring mentors/mentees closer together; educate students on campus resources; and make the EORO experience a memorable one.

A full application is required for consideration. Applications are due no later than Thursday, May 13th, 11:59PM PT. Invitations for interviews will be sent to select applicants the following day.
