Programs for Students

The Dine/Coffee-With-a-Prof program allows undergraduate students to meet, dine, or have coffee with a UC San Diego faculty member or graduate teaching assistant once a quarter at no cost to them!

Coordinated by the Student Affairs Dean’s Ambassador Program, Each One Reach One (EORO) is a peer mentorship program that pairs first-year students with continuing student mentors. Mentors help guide students through their transition to UC San Diego by sharing their knowledge of on- and off-campus resources, giving them tips on how to study, and by just being their friend! Applications open in the Fall Quarter of each year.

The Marshall Mentor Program offers second-year transfer students the opportunity to connect with faculty members in their academic discipline.

ThurGOOD Reads is a quarterly opportunity for interested students, faculty, and staff to engage with content related to social justice. The selected readings are provided in advance, and participants are encouraged to attend at least one of the discussions. The readings are often aligned with Marshall College programming, providing a unique opportunity for learning and growth.
