Profile
Mony was born and raised in Long Beach, CA, and went on to earn his BS in Kinesiology and MPH in Health Management and Policy from San Diego State University. Before his current role, he served as the Undergraduate Student Affairs Advisor for the Department of Structural Engineering.
Mony credits his upbringing and lived experience for his success as an advisor and and ability to support a diverse student body. Outside of his role, he enjoys challenging himself mentally by constantly learning new things - including learning new ways to relax and practice self-care.
One thing he always says to his students: "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
